A Taking Flight Theatre production. For this project, I took on the construction manager role, working in people management, scheduling, budgeting, technical redesign of the set, and CDM. I also led and oversaw the load, fit-up, and get-out of the set. This show followed green book recommendations, with the set being built from over 50% reused materials.
